Trade/Sell Policies

As set forth in Manatee County’s Code of Ordinance / Chapter 2-19 - Article VIII. our trade policy is as follows:

-Anyone trading items for cash or store credit must be 18 years of age or older
-Valid government issued identification is required for each transaction
-Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused
-Any trades exceeding $300 per day are required to be paid by check and thus require a manager to be present. Please call ahead of time if you suspect your trade may exceed this amount so we may make proper preparations.

We halt all trades 30 minutes prior to close on a daily basis.

Refund Policy

We offer a repair/replace warranty with all of our purchases. If a suitable replacement is not available we will issue a refund in the form of store credit.

Consoles

All consoles and contents are warrantied for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Accessories

All accessories are warrantied for 7 days from the date of purchase.

Used Games

All used games are warrantied for 7 days from the date of purchase.

New Games

We do not warranty new games.

All warranties/returns require a receipt.

Removal of any warranty stickers/tamper evident seals voids remaining warranty.

We do not warranty against insect or liquid damage.

Repair Info

All consoles require a $20 diagnostic fee to be paid at the time of service. Diagnostic fee is non- refundable but is credited toward the total cost of repair.
All repairs are warrantied for 14 days from day of receipt. We do not warranty against insect or liquid damage.

CONSOLE REPAIR

We repair anything from Atari to PS4. Time of repair depends on severity and availability of parts.

DISC REPAIR

Our resurfacing machine repairs any surface scratches on DVD or CD format discs. We are not able to repair any Blu-ray format disc (PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Wii U).

CARTRIDGE GAME REPAIR

Battery Replacement
All cartridge battery replacements are $4.99.

Cartridge Game Cleaning
Internal cartridge game cleaning is $3.99.
